Natchitoches Man Set Ablaze

A Natchitoches man is expected to be discharged from LSU Hospital sometime Wednesday evening after suffering burns to his chest and head area. Natchitoches police say Jones had an argument with his step-daughter Ronkell Rushing. Officers say during the argument, Rushing threw a coffee cup full of some flammable liquit on Jones, then she lit the liquid with a lighter. Rushing is charged with aggravated second degree battery.
