Standoff Leaves Bossier City Man Facing Numerous Charges

The man responsible for a standoff situation in Shreveport faces several charges. 22-year-old Jesse Langston of Bossier was booked as a fugitive. He faces 2 counts aggravated kidnapping, resisting an officer and 1 count of attempted disarming of a peace officer. After authorities say he held 2 people hostage around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday night in the 3600 block of Dee Street. Shreveport police say the standoff lasted 3 hours.
