Fugitive Extradited Back To Arkansas

After being extradited back to the Ark-La-Tex, a fugitive made his first court appearance Thursday Calvin Bennett appeared before a judge Thursday morning and entered a plea of not guilty to the deaths of a Nashville, Arkansas couple. Bennett was arrested in Wisconsin after being recognized on America`s Most Wanted. Sheriff Butch Morris says he`s glad Bennett is back where he belongs. The judge denied bond for Bennett; his next hearing is set for January 3rd. Prosecutors are seeking 2-capital murder convictions.
