Deadly Crash Under Investigation In Nevada County

For the third time this week, Ark-La-Tex authorities have a deadly traffic accident involving an 18-wheeler to figure out.
Nevada County, Arkansas, Investigators say a truck driver out of Southeast Arkansas drove into the path of a train going through a crossing on highway 67 into emmet.
It happened around nine Wednesday morning.
The Union Pacific train engineer tells troopers he gave a warning signal.
After impact the train stopped about 20 cars north of the crossing.
The truck driver`s name isn`t being released.
He worked for Austin Trucking Company out of Crossett.
At this point, police are not planning to charge the train engineer.
