Shreveport Texaco Station Robbed; Police Searching For Suspect

Shreveport police are searching for a man believed to be the mastermind behind a gas station robbery.
Officers say the suspect walked into the Texaco in the 3800 block of Hearne Avenue Thursday morning armed with a knife and demanded money from the register.
Once he got the money, police say he left the scene in a red and silver two-toned chevy pickup. The man is also suspected in another robbery committed earlier this week.
