Barksdale Chaplain Faces Sex Charges

A former Tucson priest, now a chaplain with the US Air Force and stationed at Barksdale, is facing sexual abuse charges. Reverend Gary Underwood, is accused of sexually abusing two alter boys back in the early 1980`s. The incidentsare said to have taken place in 1983 and 1984. Underwood is facing nine counts of molestation and sexual conduct with a minor under fifteen. Underwood has been suspended from the priesthood as per diocese policy. His lawyer says Underwood, will be found innocent of all charges.
