Shreveport Man To Spend 100 Years In Prison

A Shreveport man convicted of attempted second degree murder for nearly stabbing his ex-girlfriend to death, will spend 100 years in prison. Ardic Fields was sentenced Wednesday. Authorities say Fields broke into his ex-girlfriend`s home in the 300 block of Wyandotte and stabbed her more than a dozen times. The victim, Linda Alexander survived the 2000 attack.
