(San Diego, CA) -- The National Association of Realtors is predicting better days for the housing market next year.
The group says it expects home prices will stabilize in 2010 as the housing sector begins to recover.
The groups chief economist says the outlook for housing and the economy, quote, "appears headed for a sustainable recovery." Lawrence Yun also reports a tax credit for home buyers is working better than first projected.
