The former Florida school teacher who made headlines around the world is back in court.

Debra Lafave pleaded guilty to having sex with a 14-year old boy in Tampa.

The blonde former middle school teacher avoided jail when her attorney claimed "she was too pretty to go to prison."

After spending two and a half years on house arrest, Lafave asked a Tampa judge Thursday to change some conditions of her sex-offender probation and allow her to have contact with the children of her immediate family and close friends.

Circuit Judge Wayne Timmerman agreed that Lafave had completed sex-offender therapy and Florida state law allows her to have "appropriate"  contact with minors.

Lafave did not comment to reporters after the hearing
