Local Leaders Attend Mayoral Prayer Breakfast

City leaders joined Shreveport Mayor-Elect Cedric Glover, and Bossier Mayor Lo Walker for the Annual Mayor`s prayer breakfast. This is the 25th year for the breakfast which joins hundreds of church leaders and business leaders from Shreveport-Bossier. During the breakfast, those in attendence prayed for guidance.

EXPLO management team arrested; charged in 2012 Camp Minden explosions

Six members of EXPLO Systems management team, including the company's president and secretary-treasurer were taken into custody without incident by Webster Parish Sheriff's deputies Tuesday afternoon. The arrests were in connection with the Oct. 15, 2012 bunker explosion at Camp Minden that was felt as far away as Arkansas.
