Caddo Pulls Shelter Funding Pending Investigation

The commission is holding back $12,500 pending the outcome of an investigation into misuse of funds at the facility. Five people have been arrested in connection. The commission will hold the money until Bossier officials come up with a breakdown on how the money is being spent. As many as 80 percent of those housed at the Johnny Gray Jones Shelter are from Caddo Parish.
