Cold Weather Fills Homeless Shelters

The Randy Sams Shelter in Texarkana is filling up fast now that cold weather is on the horizon.  This means many of the estimated 200 homeless people here will be left without a warm place to sleep as temperatures dip.  Randy Sams only has slightly over 80 beds.  Texarkana's only other shelter, The Salvation Army, is closed until late December for renovations.  Homeless advocates worry about the dangers less fortunate individuals face given the cold weather.  Watch the whole story here.
