Offenders Get An Early Wake Up Call

By: Lynn Vance
Updated: October 21, 2009
It was an early wake up call this morning for domestic violence offenders. Dozens of officers from the Shreveport Police, Marshals Office and Caddo Sheriffs broke into groups this morning. They hit the streets at around 4 am, hoping the element of an early surprise would be on their side. They were out to serve warrants for domestic violence offenders. Several arrests were made while NBC 6 crews were with officers in the Allendale neighborhood. The total number of arrests and whether or not the roundup was a success will be released later today. Stay with NBC 6 for all the details.
