By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Tuesday was the last afternoon meeting for the members of the Shreveport city council who are leaving office. As the city council meeting was wrapping up we asked members if they had any regrets. And what challenges the new elected officials face? Out going council members agreed on one thing, running the city is no easy task because they say you have to make sure services are always in order. They also said getting along with each other is one of the challenges the new council faces. And as they were looking back on their time in office some council members wished they would have done things differently. Others told us they had no regrets. Councilman Jeff Hogan says he even learned lessons along the way. And while some will go back to their day jobs. Cynthia Robertson told us she will concentrate on working with the community.
