Bowie County Sheriff's investigators tell NBC 6 Drake was found with one gunshot wound to the head.  Detectives believe the fatal shot was self inflicted.  Drake's body has been sent to the medical examiner for autopsy.  Drake was expected in Miller County Circuit Court Tuesday to answer sexual assault charges of a detainee in his custody.  Drake allegedly had sex with an inmate at the Miller County Jail where he worked as a detention officer.  His death remains under investigation.
