Bossier Police Need Help Finding Missing Man

Bossier City police are asking for your help finding a man reported missing. 40-year-old John Arthur Eaglin of Bossier City is a truck driver for Glenn National Trucking Company in Frierson, Louisiana and was last seen October 17, 2006 when he left in a teal green 1996 freightliner semi-truck with a trailer to pick up a load in Baton Rouge. Eaglin made phone contact the following day with his employer and has not been heard from since. The trailer Eaglin`s truck was pulling was located on October 19 at the Loves Truck Stop in Port Allen, Louisiana.
Eaglin did not arrive at his intended destination to make the pick up.
At this time police have no evidence of foul play in Eaglin`s disappearance. Relatives are concerned about his welfare since he has Crohn`s disease and may be in need of medical attention.
Eaglin is a black male, 5 foot 11 inches tall and 185 pounds. Anyone with information on Eaglin`s whereabouts is asked to contact Bossier City detectives at (318) 741-8683.
