Local cross-fit athletes will give it their all in a hardcore workout to raise money for a good cause.

"What we're doing is raising money for two very, very good causes. One is Athlete's for a Cure’, which is prostate cancer research, and the second is the ‘Wounded Warrior Project’," said Cam Feightner, co-owner of Red River CrossFit.

"Fight Gone Bad Four" starts at 11:00 Saturday morning at Red River CrossFit on Youree Drive in Shreveport. To find out more about the event check out their website, www.redrivercrossfit.com.
