18-year-old Colby Curtis is the teen police believe killed another on September 16th in Magnolia.  Jamal Davis' body was found riddled with bullets inside his mother's SUV.  Police also believe Curtis is responsible for as many as four separate shootings this month alone.  Det. Todd Dew said Curtis stayed free to commit crimes because people were afraid to come forward and identify him.  It's unclear what the motive is for the killing.  Community leaders will hold a rally for peace in response to the violence.
