A federal grant of more than $360, 000 will pay for new asphalt on several Texarkana, AR roads.  The work comes on the heels of years of complaints by area residents.  Some say the bumpy roads damage their vehicles, not to mention make for an uncomfortable ride.

City work crews say they expect to have the work to be completed by the end of August, weather permitting.
