Autopsy Pending For Woman Found Buried In Backyard

The autopsy on Carol Alvis of Cass County, Texas has yet to be performed. Her body is currently at a Dallas crime lab. Friday police charged her 44-year-old son Roger Salmon with failure to report a deceased person and abuse of a corpse. Salmon is also charged with giving false information to an officer and theft. He was arrested Wednesday after he admitted to buring his 73 year old mother in her backyard after she passed away September 3rd.
