Police Seek Suspect Accused Of Stealing From 82-Year-Old Woman

Bossier Police are asking for your help locating 1 of 3 men suspected of burglarizing the home of an 82-year-old Bossier City woman after they tried to make her a victim of a home repair scam. Authorities are searching for 40-year-old Terry L. Brumley of Garland, Texas. There`s a criminal arrest warrant out for him on a charge of simple burglary. Shreveport polce arrested two other suspects, 48-year-old Brian Hodges of Tyler and 27-year-old Trenton Stewart of Dallas, last week.

Locals recount past tornadoes

The recent tornado coverage is bringing up memories of past twisters in our area.  Bossier Parish was hit by multiple tornadoes in 2009.

Just last Thursday, Waskom and Greenwood were hit by an EF-1 tornado.

A Bossier Parish man recalls the tornado which touched down near Swan Lake Road in 1978.  A man who survived a tornado in Benton in 1999 also shared his story.
