Nevada County Man Sentenced For A 2004 Murder

fA Nevada County man will spend the rest of his life in prison for his role in a deadly attack. R.J. Williams has been convicted in the 2004 murder of James "Booger Red" Cummings. He is the last of four people to be sentenced. Williams was sentenced to life without parole for murder and aggravated robbery. He must also pay a $1,000 fine.
