Nevada County Teen Accepts Plea Agreement

A teen involved in the death of a Nevada County man will now be tried in juvenile court. 18 year old Kendrick Barton is accused in the 2004 death of "Booger Red" Cummings. The move to juvenile court is part of a plea agreement. Barton was 15 when the incident happened. He was originally charged as an adult.
