Shreveport Detectives Get New Crime Fighting Software

By: Import User
Updated: February 5, 2007
The new software and training are being provided by CVS Pharmacies. This software will allow detectives to copy hard drives of computers seized in criminal investigations. The detectives will be able to detect and document illegal activity faster. Before the software, the department had to rely on the Caddo Parish District Attorney`s office to get information from computers seized during investigations. Sometimes the process would take weeks.
