Oklahoma Couple Charged In Death Of Toddler

An Oklahoma couple has been charged in the death of a 19 month old child. Last February, Samara Wallace was found unresponsive in her mothers Idabel home. Jessica Wells and Kirby Biasee have been charged in the case. A toxicology report just released showed the child died of an overdose of oxycodone. Biasee is charged with second degree murder because police believe the medication was his. The girls mother is charged with felony child abuse.
