A Couple Files Lawsuit Against The Louisiana Boardwalk

Back in August 2005 the couple was at the boardwalk with two relatives, both teenagers. They say a security guard made a comment about what the teens were wearing. According to the Fullers, the guard and Bossier police later followed them through the mall asking them to leave the boardwalk.
According to the couple`s attorney, police arrested the Fullers because they asked police why they were being escorted from the boardwalk. Now their attorney wants to get compensation for his client`s pain and suffering.
We also spoke with representatives from the Boardwalk about the lawsuit. They told us, they had no comment at the time.
