Domestic Dispute Ends In Murder

A Missouri woman is behind bars in McCurtain County, Oklahoma, charged in connection with her boyfriends death. Deputies say 37 year old Misty Tucker is accused of shooting 45 year old Bryan Joiner. It happened Saturday in Broken Bow. When investigators arrived on scene they found Joiners body lying between two vehicles -- Tucker was still there. Deputies say the shooting stems from a history of domestic violence. Tucker is charged with first degree manslaughter.
