Court Dates Approach For Two Nevada County Men

Two men accused in the 2004 death of a Nevada County, Arkansas man will be in court this month. Robert"R.J." Williams and Kendrick Barton are accused in the death of R.H. "Booger Red" Cummings. Cummings was found murdered in his home. Williams trial is set for July 23. Barton is scheduled for court on the 17th. Two others have already been sentenced for their roles in Cummings death: Bartons brother Kevin has been sentenced to life in prison, and Williams sister, Tekelia, has been sentenced to 30 years.
