3 Teens Charged In Connection To Death Of Shreveport Man

Shreveport police arrested 3 people in connection with the death of Kenneth Wayne Pipkins. Pipkins was found dead inside an abandonded home in the 100 block of Leroy Street Sunday afternoon. Now police have arrested 17-year-old Gabriel Mitchell and two 15-year-old juveniles and charged them with 1st degree murder. Exactly what happened to Pipkins, and why, is under investigation.
