Robbery Suspect Being Sought By SPD

Police are searching for the person who robbed a Shreveport bank Tuesday morning. Authorities say the suspect entered Bancorp South in the 6800 block of Pines Road at 11:55 a.m. According to reports, he handed the teller a note demanding cash and soon revelead a gun. The suspect got away with an undetermined amount of cash. The suspect is described as a black male , slender build around 5 feet tall. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a white polo shirt with a blue stipe in the middle, jeans and dark shades.
