Robert Rhea will stand trial in July for his involvement in the death of 31 year-old James Ball. He was on the run for more than a year after being connected to a homicide. Ball's body was found in November 2003. He'd been shot several times and wrapped in a bed sheet. Another man, Cory Ziolkowski, was already convicted in Ball's death and is currently serving a 50 year sentence.
