Man Pleads Guilty To Manslaughter In Herby K Worker Death

A man suspected of killing a Herby K worker in 2004 entered a guilty plea to Manslaughter charges. According to the Caddo District Attorney`s Office, Carson Green was charged with first-degree murder in the death of Kevin Sheilds. Green originally pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. With the blessing of the Shield`s family, Caddo District Judge, Leon Emanuel sentenced Green to 40 years in prison. Caddo`s D.A. says it`s the maximum sentence allowed for Manslaughter.
