Construction to Shut Down Part of Swan Lake Road

By: Staff
Updated: June 19, 2007
Beginning the morning of Wednesday, June 20, Swan Lake Road between Highway 80 and Shed Road will be closed to through traffic while repairs and upgrade work can be done. The work, which will involve rehabilitating the roadbed and resurfacing, is expected to take two weeks to complete. During this time, only local traffic will be able to access the effected portion of Swan Lake Road. Once the work is complete, crews will continue the repairs and upgrades on Swan Lake Road from Shed Road north to the railroad crossing located just south of Viking Drive. That portion of Swan Lake Road will also be closed to through traffic for approximately two weeks while that work is completed. Traffic will still be able to access businesses on the effected section of Swan Lake Road during that work.
