Longview Investigating 9th Homicide of Year

A welfare concern turned into a homicide investigation in Longview. A neighbor called police saying she had not been able to get in touch with her neighbor. When police arrived, they looked inside and found 75-year-old Alton Hicks lying dead on the floor. It`s being investigated as the city`s 9th homicide of 2006.
