Dozens of children are looking for a safe place to play after a local park is forced to shut down. City officials closed David Raines Park after guide wires broke off of a 500 ft. radio tower on the property. The nearby medical center is also closed until the tower can be torn down. Mayor Glover plans to have it removed by Tuesday. If your child attends SPAR summer camp at David Raines, alternative arrangement have been made. For more information call SPAR at 673-7751.
