Project Rebuild

By: Import User
Updated: February 6, 2007
Earlier this year city council members had to decide what they should do with the city`s surplus. Councilman James Green came up with a plan to give each council member a piece of the money. Green is using the money given to him to create a new program in his district. It`s called project rebuild. Its designed to help people in his district repair their homes. Meanwhile some may question councilman Green`s motivation to kick off the program at the same time he`s campaigning for reelection. He says the people in his district can make up their own minds about why his doing it.
