Bossier Police Need Help Finding Vandals

Youth pastor Sandra Baldarrama was the first to stumble upon the damage. "You wouldn`t think anyone would really do something like that to a church." Vandals broke in twice, breaking windows to get inside. The first time police say the suspects sprayed a fire extinguisher through the building, scribbled graffiti on the walls and took money from the offering box. Mark Natale with Bossier police says they also got away with an MP3 player and damaged a sound board. "We don`t see this often were churches are targeted for vandalism as we`ve seen here." The second time the suspects broke in, they threw eggs across the sanctuary and ransacked the churchs kitchen. Bossier police say the estimated damage at the church was close to ten thousand dollars, but still don`t know who`s responsible. Bossier police are offering a one thousand dollar reward for information that leads to an arrest. Reported by Maria Vallejo mvallejo@ktalnews.tv
