An early morning shooting leaves one dead and another in the hospital. Shortly after one o'clock, Shreveport police say they were working a vehicle burglary on North Market Street when they heard gunshots at the McDonald's a few blocks away. When they responded to the scene they saw a large group of people surrounding the two victims. Both were juveniles. One died at the scene, the other was shot in the leg and transported to LSU Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Police have not released their names and the shooting is still under investigation. No arrests have been made.
