Shreveport Police continue to search for a Shreveport man and a Plain Dealing after both disappeared at least six months ago. Ricky Cooper turned up missing just before Christmas of last year. His sister says the last place she saw him was on Oakland Street in Shreveport. Cooper is a 37 year old black man who uses a wheelchair. In an unrelated case, 55 year old Deborah Thomas of Plain Dealing is also missing from the Shreveport area. KTAL has learned that she was in town visiting a relative on East Olive Street. Thomas is a resident of the Whispering Pines Nursing Home.
