Cullen Man Faces 70 Years In Prison

A Cullen man now faces up to 70 years in prison for the deaths of his ex-girlfriend and her daughter. According to the Webster Parish D.As office, 30-year-old Omar Gipson pleaded guilty to 2-counts of Attempted 2nd Degree Murder for the November 2005 stabbing deaths of Yolunda Warren and her 7-year-old daughter. Gipson will be sentenced on June 11, 2007.
