Fit For Life Day

In order to keep Northwest Louisiana healthy, Fit For Life Inc. and the members of Shreveport Public Assembly and Recreation announced a day dedicated to physical fitness. Mark May 12th on your calendar it's the fourth annual Fit For Life Day in Shreveport and the surrounding communities. The day will be full of activities for the entire family everything from body building to water aerobics.
