Louisiana State Police have captured one suspect that just wouldn't give up. State troopers say the suspect led police on a chase in cars and on foot. It all started Saturday night after authorities pulled over 29-year-old Zach Frazier of El Dorado, Arkansas on Interstate 20 for a routine traffic stop. Troopers say Frazier managed to get back inside his car and led police on a chase from Interstate 220 to U.S Highway 80. Authorities say the suspect stopped at an abandoned home, when he fled on foot carrying a large suitcase. Police say inside was 40 pounds of marijuana. Frazier and his passenger, 23-year-old Felicia Evans of El Dorado are in custody.
