Former Arkansas State Rep Says Not Guilty

Former Arkansas state representative Travis Dowd pleaded not guilty to charges of having a gambling business in Texrakana. His attorney filed a motion for discovery in a Miller County courtroom. Now prosecutors will have to provide him the evidence they plan to use against down in court. Dowd was arrested for running the Lucky Penny against state regulations back in October.
