Haughton Man Dies In Sunday Night Crash

Bossier City Police say they`ve identified the victim of a deadly car crash Sunday night. The accident happened shortly after 10:00 p.m. int he 6200 block of East Texas Street. Police say 24-year-old Joseph Plunkett of Haughton lost control of his pick-up truck, crossed over several lanes of traffic before veering off the road and rolling over. Officers say Plunkett was thrown from the truck and died on the scene. Accident reports show he was not wearing a seat belt.
