The search is over for a suspected serial robber in Texarkana. Texarkana Police confirm that Cornelius Morgan turned himself in to Shreveport Police sometime Sunday. Morgan is suspected of two separate robberies this week alone, one at a home, where he allegedly tried to assault a 15-year-old girl, the other at a business on Stateline Avenue. A car allegedly taken by Morgan was found at an abandoned home in Texarkana late this week. He is currently being held at the Caddo Correctional Facility.
