Suspect in Grimmett Drive Shootings Captured

Sumlin is facing first degree murder and attempted second degree murder charges. He allegedly shot and killed Quantavius Webb and injured Shannon Sanders January 9th outside Grimmett Drive's Northwood 2 Apartments. Then, three days later, he allegedly shot two other people in front of the Grimmett Drive Apartments. Shreveport Police Department spokesperson Kacee Hargrave tells KTAL that Sumlin will be extradited back to Shreveport later this week.
