Updated: March 8, 2007
Shreveport Police arrested another teenager Thursday for making a threat against a teacher at his school. The 15-year-old black male was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center for reportedly threatening to kill a teacher at the Alexander Learning Center. Police say the threat was made on the bus late yesterday as the youth was headed home from school. The incident was reported to police this morning. After looking into the case, it was determined that no imminent threat was present at the school. The child was charged with disturbing the peace.
