Red River County Wal-Mart Evacuated After Employees Became Sick

5 employees at a Red River County Wal-Mart were transported to the hospital after getting sick with an illness. 1 of those employees was treated and released. It happened just before 11:30 Friday morning. Managers at the Clarksville Wal-Mart decided to close down to investigate ow their employees became sick. Officials say those employees were working near the pharmacy area and the EPA from the Dallas area is on the way to investigate.

Police arrest suspect in stabbing

An argument between two brothers ends with a stabbing in the cedar grove neighborhood.

it happened shortly after 11 this morning at the corner of 73rd and southern avenue in shreveport.

police say 26 year old edward bouya was stabbed in the chest by his 16 year old brother.

bouya was taken to a local hospital with non- life threatening injuries..

his brother is charged with aggravated battery... His name is being with held because he is a minor..
