Around noon Sunday, Springhill Police answered a 911 call to an apartment in the 300 block of Moore Street. That's where authorities say Candice Malone allegedly shot her boyfriend 23-year-old Terrence Henderson in the head. Malone called police, and when they arrived Terrence Henderson was lying lifeless on the living room floor. "The ambulance crew did work on this individual apparently they weren't able to resuscitate him," said Springhill Police Chief Ronnie Coleman. Henderson was pronounced dead at the scene. Candice Malone was arrested shortly thereafter. Sunday evening police were still investigating to determine what charges she will face. "We just don't know if it's possible manslaughter. We just don't know at this time," said Coleman Neighbors tell KTAL the couple had been together for about a year, and they argued frequently. Terrence Henderson's body is being taken to Little Rock for an autopsy.
