tornadoWith mother nature hitting the southeast hard, at least one member of Shreveport's Red Cross chapter is ready to leave at a moment's notice. LaBetha Casey is on standby should the recovery effort need her. Casey has been on the frontlines of a tornado's devastation before. She says the recovery effort can be chaotic. Casey tells us the most important thing is to do after a tornado is to get the community back to normal so people can provide for themselves.
